Follow the status sequence
A marketplace order must first reach the warehouse. Inspection then covers visible and basic order details before you submit items as an international parcel. Receipt at the warehouse does not mean international dispatch has started.
Storage is time-limited
OOTDBuy’s official storage article, checked 7 September 2026, stated a normal 90-day period from received status and 30 days for unmatched or abnormal parcels. Treat these as dated platform terms and recheck the current storage notice in your account.
